Publisher information. Publisher identity (name, first names, status): Alane Tanwo Tchuidjang, sole proprietor (trade name Pricevra) · Geographic address: Résidence de Gaulle, Douala, Cameroon · Phone: +237 689 85 65 33 · Email: [email protected] · Publication director: Alane Tanwo Tchuidjang · Host (name, address, phone): [TO COMPLETE] · Consumer mediator: MCP Médiation, 12 square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, France (section 15.4) · EU representative under Article 27 GDPR: [TO COMPLETE].
2. Customers: businesses and individuals
The Service is open to businesses (merchants, online stores, companies, entrepreneurs acting for their business) and to individuals (consumers acting for non-business purposes). The customer states its status at sign-up ("Business" or "Individual") and warrants it is accurate. A business customer may provide a company or VAT number (optional). These terms apply to all customers; the clauses specific to individuals are in section 15 and prevail for them over any conflicting clause.
3. Service
Pricevra is an online price-monitoring tool (SaaS): it checks public product pages chosen by the customer, records prices and availability, keeps a history and sends alerts through the notification channels the customer configures. Autopilot works in simulation only and never changes a real price. Data comes from third-party sites; Pricevra does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or permanent availability.
4. Account
The customer provides accurate information, protects its credentials and is responsible for actions made from its account and by its organisation members.
5. Free trial
7-day trial, once per customer. A payment card is required to start the trial. When the trial ends, the chosen plan is charged automatically, then at each renewal, unless you cancel before the end of the trial from the Subscription page of your account; if you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged.
6. Prices and payment
See Pricing. Prices are in euros. For business customers they are shown excluding tax, with VAT added according to the customer's country. For individuals, the price due includes tax: applicable tax is calculated at payment and the tax-inclusive amount is shown before any confirmation. With Stripe (card payment), Pricevra is the seller and Stripe is the payment provider; the exact amount is shown on the payment page before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Price changes are announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
7. Term, cancellation, refunds
Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period (see Cancellation). Apart from the withdrawal right of individuals (section 15), no refunds except where required by law (see Refunds). Pricevra may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment or breach after 8 days' notice, or immediately for serious breach or security risk.
8. Acceptable use
Only publicly accessible prices and information may be monitored, without logging into third-party accounts or bypassing captchas, paywalls or technical measures; no collection of third-party personal data; no overloading, testing or attacking of sites; respect for third-party rights and competition law; no resale, copying or reverse engineering. The customer alone is responsible for the sites monitored and its pricing decisions.
9. Availability and support
Provided "as is", best-efforts, with no service level agreement. Support: [email protected], target response within 2 business days.
10. Liability
Pricevra is liable only for proven fault, excluding indirect damages (lost revenue, margin, customers or opportunity). Total liability is capped at the amounts paid by the customer in the 12 months before the event, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct; for individuals, these limits apply only as far as mandatory consumer protection rules allow. Pricevra is not liable for third-party services or force majeure.
11. Data
The customer owns its data. See the Privacy policy, Cookie notice and Account deletion. A data processing agreement is available on request.
12. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The Service remains Pricevra's property; the customer gets a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use during the subscription. Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential during the contract and for 2 years after.
13. Changes
Customers are notified by email at least 30 days before changes take effect and may cancel if they disagree.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law; for individuals, this choice does not deprive them of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. The parties first seek an amicable solution (written complaint to [email protected]). Between businesses, after 30 days without agreement, the Paris Commercial Court (Tribunal de commerce de Paris) has exclusive jurisdiction. For individuals, this jurisdiction clause does not apply: they may use the consumer mediator (section 15) and go to the competent court under the legal rules.
15. Provisions specific to individuals
15.1 Right of withdrawal. Individuals have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without giving any reason or paying any penalty (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). They may use the "Withdraw from contract" function in their account, write to [email protected] or use the model form: see the Right of withdrawal and model form page. If they withdraw, payments are refunded no later than 14 days after Pricevra is informed, using the same means of payment. If the individual expressly requested that the paid period begin before the end of the withdrawal period, they pay an amount in proportion to the service provided until withdrawal (Article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). Free trial days are never charged.
15.2 Legal guarantee of conformity. Individuals benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services under the French Consumer Code. Any lack of conformity can be reported to [email protected].
15.3 Prices. The price shown and charged to individuals includes tax, calculated at payment (section 6).
15.4 Consumer mediation. Individuals may use, free of charge, the consumer mediator Pricevra belongs to: MCP Médiation (Médiation de la Consommation & Patrimoine), 12 square Desnouettes, 75015 Paris, France — phone +33 1 40 61 03 33 — mcpmediation.org. Before contacting the mediator, they must first send a written complaint to Pricevra ([email protected] or by post to the address in the Legal notice). If the complaint is not resolved, they may refer the dispute to the mediator within one year of their written complaint, online at mcpmediation.org/saisir-le-mediateur or by post to the address above (Articles L612-1, L612-2 and L616-1 of the French Consumer Code). Mediation is optional: each party remains free to accept or refuse it and to go to court.
