Right of withdrawal and model form

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving any reason. The free trial is included in this period: it does not start a second one.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement: with the “Withdraw from the contract” function in your Billing area, or by writing to us from the Contact page. The model withdrawal form is optional. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your decision before the period has expired.

If a payment has already been taken, its refund is handled manually by our team within the legal time limit and confirmed to you by email.

Business accounts do not have this right; they can cancel at any time.
