Refund policy

Apart from the withdrawal right of individuals (see Withdrawal), Pricevra subscriptions are not refundable, including for a started period, except where required by law. The 7-day free trial lets you test the service before paying.

  • Card payment through Stripe: Pricevra is the seller; requests are handled by our support and, if accepted, the refund is issued through Stripe to the card used.
  • Card disputes (chargebacks): paid access is suspended during review.
